Refunds Policy

Thank you for using our license key manager service at CheckoutKeys. We strive to provide the best service and support to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or need to request a refund, we're here to help.

Prorated Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer need access to the license keys you've purchased. If you wish to cancel your subscription and request a refund, we offer prorated refunds based on the number of license keys you have generated in the particular tier that you are in.

The prorated refund amount will be calculated by dividing the number of unused license keys in your current billing period by the total number of license keys included in your subscription tier. The refund will only apply to the remaining unused license keys in your subscription.

Please note that prorated refunds will not be provided for fully used license keys or after the end of your current billing period. If you cancel your subscription mid-billing period, the prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.

Requesting a Refund

To request a prorated refund, please contact our support team at help@checkoutkeys.com with your refund request. Please provide your order details and the reason for the refund request in your email.

Our support team will review your request and process the prorated refund, if applicable, within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable. These include one-time setup fees, custom development fees, and any other non-recurring fees. Such fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided or delivered to you.

Additionally, if you have used all the license keys included in your current billing period before requesting a refund, the used license keys will not be eligible for a refund.
